4 exercises, 4 rounds. 8-10 reps EACH
Reverse Lunge w/ Overhead Press: all Left, then right One Arm Best Over Row: All left, then right ValSlide Leg Curls Mountain Climbers 8-10 each side, alternating
If you need to tone it down, do the reverse lunges without dumbbells. You can use furniture sliders, towels on a wood floor or even cardboard plates on carpet in place of the ValSlides. To make it even easier, do the leg curls from a stability ball.
The mountain climbers can also be done by just bringing the knee up towards the chest without any "sliders."
