Nutrition shouldn't be this overwhelming.
Nutrition can be the hardest part of complete health to implement. And understandably so. And even if we have the exercise part down, you simply can't out train a bad diet. Nutrition is King.
It's not because we don't KNOW what foods are healthy, but because putting it all together feels like a chore. The constant advice we are bombarded with in the fitness and nutrition industry turns into the harshest of noises.
We hear: Low Carb, No Carb, High Protein, Keto, Paleo, Weight Watchers, Food Elimination, etc.
On top of all of this, we hear about pills, supplements or that we should "Try This One Thing for Success".
And it's overwhelming, making us feel confused and wondering which direction we should turn.
This is where I come in, helping you to dispel myths and giving you evidence-based nutrition facts. I'll show you that your diet doesn't need a name! I'd rather you call it SIMPLE and SUSTAINABLE--for life!
We'll work together to practice habits that are SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN so that you won't feel the need to diet ever again! And I'll NEVER try to sell you shakes, supplements or pills because THE TRUTH is that they are NOT needed for success.
OPTION 1: Monthly Nutrition Coaching:
Initially, we'll meet via Zoom for 30-45 minutes so that I can get a basic idea of where you are starting, hear what you struggle with most in nutrition, and to help you set realistic goals. I'll give you feedback that you'll be able to implement right away so that you have the tools you need to begin making progress from Day One.
We'll continue to have virtual check-in's 15-20 minutes each week to look at our progress markers and to continue to build on new habits for success. We'll also be in touch through email as often as you'd like to help you troubleshoot any issues, answer questions and maintain accountability.
OPTION 2: 1 Time Nutrition Overhaul Coaching Call with Emily:
EVERYTHING you need to know to get your Nutrition on track from Day One!
✔️1 HOUR Virtual meeting addressing all of your nutrition concerns as it pertains to getting the most out Specific fitness training goals, Successful weight loss, building muscle or just feeling your absolute best!
✔️Discussing what type of foods you enjoy and suggest ideas to help you incorporate them in an overall healthy plan.
✔️Recommendations for setting up meals/snacks that you enjoy with the time you have
✔️Follow up questions answered via email up to 1 week after call.
