Personal Training is a great way to jumpstart your exercise routine.

It’s a lot harder to skip the gym when you know I’ll be waiting for you!

This is accountability!

I will listen closely to what you want to accomplish in your training and take the guesswork out of it all by customizing a plan to fit your needs so that you can put all your energy and focus towards achieving your goals on your own time at home or gym.

I work with women of all ages who:

  • Have never strength trained before but want to start safely.

  • Have already worked hard in the gym, but stopped seeing results.

  • Want to develop full body strength.

  • Want to lose fat or improve body composition.

  • Want to build muscle and see definition.

  • Want to improve quality of life, move well, prevent injuries, and age gracefully.

  • Want to enhance a performance in a specific sport.

I will customize a program that allows you to see the results you are looking for.

  2. It’s great for injury prevention as we age.

  3. It’s the best thing you can do (besides nutrition) for fat loss.

  4. It helps you move well, increases metabolic rate, increases bone density, reduces the risk of diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, cancer and many other health benefits too numerous to list.

  5. Develops the skills you need to feel confident enough to tackle the gym on your own so that you can make fitness a part of your life.

I’ll help you move in a safe and effective way, and we can work around anything that doesn’t feel good for your body.  I will help ensure proper technique so that you get the results you are looking for while staying pain free.
