These workouts are made to be time efficient and they contain the same methods that I have been using for myself and for my in-person clients for many years. They make staying on the lean-ish side SO MUCH EASIER so that you can finally stop spinning your wheels with workouts that don't give you what you want.
Building muscle will always be the BEST thing you can do for your metabolism as you age. Every year after the age of 30, we begin to lose muscle mass if we are not strength training to build or at least maintain muscle. This leaves you with a sluggish metabolism and a noticeable difference in the shape of your physique due to the muscle loss.
These aren't just random workouts thrown together to entertain you.
I'll teach you how to make improvements over time in each month's program
so that your body will respond in ways you can see AND feel.
I will be fully demonstrating each exercise with variations from beginner to advanced.

Here are answers to FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS below!
Q: WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
A: This program will give you the BEST results in a well-equipped home gym if you have access to:
A wide variety of dumbbells, and/or barbells and plates
resistance bands (either with handles or continuous loop bands)**
mini bands (the kind that wrap around your knees or ankles)
sliders (paper plates or towels can work).
pull up bar**
suspension trainer (like a TRX or similar)**
bench (preferably adjustable)
** Dumbbell exercises will also include videos on how to use bands for the same exercise
and vice versa.
** Suspension trainer exercises will also include substitutions with bands/dumbbells
** Substitutions will be given for pull up variations if you don't have a pull up bar.
If you are still limited on equipment you can ask me for an alternative exercise in our private Facebook community or by email.
If VERY limited on equipment, one-on-one online coaching or another one of my online bodyweight programs may be a better option for you.

Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PROGRAM?
A: You’ll receive an email with a link to set up your fitness app as soon as you purchase the program. Open this email with your smartphone so that you can easily follow the walkthrough to download the app. Once this is set up, you'll have access to the program by following the Calendar within your app.
Q: HOW MANY WORKOUTS ARE IN THE PROGRAM AND HOW LONG ARE THEY?
A: There are three main (A, B, and C) full body strength workouts that will repeat weekly for 4 weeks. This is to ensure that you can see and make measurable progress within those main workouts using progressive overload (which is explained in the program). In addition, there is a 4th bonus workout each week. The main 3 workouts of each month are approximately 35 to 45 minutes in length and the 4th bonus workout is approximately 25-35 minutes.
Q: WHAT IF I NEED AN ALTERNATIVE EXERCISE OR A FORM CHECK?
A: Our private Facebook community is a great place to get all of your questions answered AND post a video for a form check. If you'd rather, you may always email me a video for a form check.
Q: WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT WILL I RECIEVE?
A: You'll never be on your own! I'll be sending you encouraging high-fives and confetti rain as you achieve personal bests and earn badges throughout the program! Q: IS THIS PROGRAM CUSTOMIZED?
A: This is not a custom program. I offer customized in-person training for women, or customized one-on-one online coaching. Strong Body Sculpt can be scaled for all levels if you have the basic equipment.
Q. IS THIS PROGRAM REFUNDABLE?
A: This program is non-refundable because once the app is downloaded, the program has been delivered. If you need to cancel, those directions are provided within the program.
Q: WHAT IF I MISS A WORKOUT?
A: You are encouraged to keep pace with the program or print the workouts as they will become unavailable after each month's program is over. Don't worry about falling behind! It is more important that you stay on track with the group. You can always go back and complete any missed workouts at a later time.
Q: WHAT IS THE COST AND HOW DO I GET SET UP TO PURCHASE?
A: 49.99 billed monthly, and can be purchased by clicking on the "Subscribe to Strong Body Sculpt" button on this page. Self cancel anytime before the next billing period.
Q. IS THERE A NUTRITION COMPONENT TO THIS PROGRAM?
A: There is no nutrition coaching offered with this program. However, I offer nutrition coaching separately.
