Let's target those abs! You'll surely feel it with this one!

All you need is a stability ball. If ya don't have that, no worries. I will show you how to do this exercise with other tools that you'll be sure to have around the house!

Aim for 3 sets of 15-20 reps before moving on to a more challenging version.
