All programs are customized for you with your goals in mind. Classes are a maximum of 8 ladies at a time and 45 minutes in length. CUSTOMIZED ONLINE PROGRAM DESIGN: A program designed specifically for you-virtually! Your program will be updated every 4 weeks to keep you progressing towards your goals. Full email support with this option AND a membership to my app is included so that you can log and see your progress! Great to stay accountable!
PERSONAL TRAINING If you want to focus on your strength and results in a one-on-one setting, we can do it! I’d love to work with you. This is typically in-person training, though I am also available for personal training virtually.
NUTRITION COACHING: One on one coaching. Begins with a 60-minute virtual session to have an in-depth discussion of your existing nutrition habits and goals so that I can give you immediate feedback on things to work on and adjust while taking into consideration your food preferences. We will meet weekly or bi-weekly while working together and it won't feel restrictive! This service is often on a waitlist, so don't delay if you'd like a spot as soon as one is open.
