30 Day Summer Sculpt Challenge
I am so excited to start this challenge with you on Monday, July 3! 
In this 30 Day Challenge, you will see an increase in strength and muscle definition and a notable change in the way your clothes fit as you lose fat and gain lean muscle.
You'll tighten and tone your entire body.


You can do these workouts with dumbbells and/or bands since I will show you how to

use both for all exercises. 

For dumbbells, I recommend at LEAST 2 sets: one heavier and one lighter pair.

If using bands, resistance should range from light to heavy. I also recommend a 55-65cm stability ball, but I will show substitutions if you do not have one. 

A workout bench or sturdy step is helpful, but not required. 

What You Get:

  • FOUR 30-40 minute extremely effective workouts per week for gaining strength, burning fat and building muscle that you can do on your own time. These 4 workouts will repeat for 4 weeks. The goal is to implement progressive overload each week, and I'll be helping you understand this simple concept throughout our time together. Progressive overload is the scientifically proven means to build muscle and strength and tighten the body. 

  • Access to a private community of women where you will find Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyle Tips to enhance your results

  • Access to my app to log workouts to watch your progress over time

  • Ongoing Support and accountability

  • Form checks available upon request by video.

This program is a one-time purchase of $99.

You will have access to the program beginning July 3, the day it begins.

Since this is a group training program, you are encouraged to keep pace with the group.
