The 5 x 20 Challenge Workouts are delivered from my easy-to-use fitness app where you will be provided
FIVE 20 minute workouts each week. Each workout comes with very comprehensive exercise tutorials as well as several variations from beginner to advanced for each exercise. This program is designed to get you leaner, stronger, more defined, and increase your metabolism. These are NOT live workouts, so you can do them at any time of the day that is convenient for you. You will be encouraged to stay on pace with the group for the scheduled workout of the day, but if you need to change your off days, that's OK! Just keep the workouts in the order which they are given.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
To do the bodyweight only, you will only need a stability ball and sliders (though substitutions will be provided for both). In the dumbbell/band edition, you will need a wide variety of dumbbells AND/OR a wide variety of resistance bands
(preferably with handles).
Also recommended but optional are: Suspension trainer, swiss ball, adjustable bench or step, door pull up bar, mini glute bands.
I will be happy to provide substitutions if you do not have these.
