You are here because you want to get leaner, fitter, and stronger. You won't just gain muscle here.
You will gain more confidence than ever. Together, we'll accomplish BIG GOALS and most importantly, have fun doing it!
Workout with me as a complete beginner, or let's ramp it up if you are more advanced. Either way, I've got you.
One thing is for sure: If you follow this program as written, using the progressive overload tips that I provide, you WILL get leaner and a heckuva lot stronger. GUARANTEED.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
I recommend a wide range of dumbbells, preferably in increments of 5 lbs,
as well as exercise bands with handles in a variety of strengths.
While I DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND dumbbells as a MAIN part of this
program, I will provide substitutions for the exercises with bands
(AS NEEDED) in our private community group. Likewise, if you don't
have bands for some of the band-only exercises, I can still provide
exercise substitutions. This is the advantage of having a trainer led
program.. not just one I throw at ya to do on your own!
*For Beginners: Dumbbells from 5 to 30+ lbs
*For Intermediate to Advanced: Dumbbells from 10 to 50+ lbs
my faves. As mentioned above, you CAN get away without these if you
have dumbbells, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for best results.
*A stability ball, 65 cm in circumference (highly recommended)
*Suspension Trainer (such as a TRX or Jungle Gym XL)-can sub bands or
dumbbells here but HIGHLY RECOMMEND a suspension trainer for its
versatility. Nothing quite like it! Tip: make sure it can fit easily over a closed door.
Other optional equipment:
adjustable bench, ValSlides or furniture sliders, exercise mat
WHAT ARE THE WORKOUTS LIKE AND HOW MUCH TIME IS INVOLVED?
Each week, I give you 3 FULL BODY strength workouts that should take approximately 30 minutes.
The 4th and optional workout of the week will be a faster paced session that will last up to 20 minutes and highly advance your current cardio conditioning level.
The program will focus on progressive overload (i.e improvement in strength, form or progressions).
I recommend doing the 3 strength workouts non-consecutive days, but an occasional day to day workout is OK if you get behind.
HOW DO I ACCESS WORKOUTS?
Workouts come directly from my easy-to-use fitness app that you'll download to your smart phone.
There you can log your progress and see all of my step-by-step video tutorials at ANY time convenient for you. This is NOT a live workout.
Additionally, our online community of support (via a private Facebook group) will be available for you to receive form checks by posting your videos, get any program questions answered--and even receive helpful nutrition tips to enhance your results!

We begin June 17, 2019 thru August 10. IMPORTANT UPDATE AS OF 6-24-19: Summer Sculpt sign up has been extended as I have added additional client spots within my app. The program runs for 8 weeks total. You will have access to the program via the app during this 8 week period. Workouts will be printable during the 8 weeks, but there will be no access to the app after the program is complete. The app will not be usable after Wednesday, August 14, though you WILL still have access to all workout videos and tutorials from my Summer Sculpt YouTube Library AND a PDF sent to your email with the full program.
