Online Strength Training Program for Women

Strong Start is an 8 week Online Fitness
program designed for women who may be new to strength training or for those who want to get back into it after an extended time off.
We will combine exercises that use bodyweight and minimal equipment. You can even use items around the house!
Time commitment will be 25-35 minutes 3 times per week.
This structured program will be divided into two 4 week phases. Each phase will contain 3 workouts that repeat weekly for the month to ensure that you are making improvements within each exercise.
Progress will be evident as you gain strength and see your body composition improve.
It's a perfect start that will keep you coming back for more!
We will begin as a group on Monday, May 2, though workouts can be done on your own time. Just follow the workout calendar and do it at home or take it to the gym.
Workouts will be delivered through my fitness app, where all exercises will be shown by me in short videos that will include variations from beginner to advanced.
I will be leading a private Facebook group where you will be able to receive all the help and support you need, including unlimited form feedback.

A pair of moderate and heavy dumbbells AND/OR a wide range of resistance bands with handles such as THIS SET I RECOMMEND. If you don't have dumbbells, I'll show you how to do each exercise with these bands.
