Located in my private Purcellville studio, semi-private training all ladies who are looking to gain strength and improve body composition. 

These small groups are for the absolute beginner who has no idea where to begin, or the advanced with more specific goals. There is NEVER a one-workout-that-fits-all here. Strength benefits every woman by improving many aspects of fitness:  athleticism, body composition, quality of life AND confidence.

I work with women through all walks of life, and I recognize that each one has unique needs and goals.


Whether you are looking to gain strength, deal with postpartum issues, or wanting to improve body composition, I always have your best possible outcome in mind. My clients know that we can work AROUND pain, but we never work THROUGH it. Strength training has helped many of these women eliminate back, knee, shoulder pain (and more) while dramatically improving confidence in lifting.

You will ALWAYS be among friends and be encouraged here!

Yes, you will work hard.

But be sure of these things: You will be supported. You'll be in a safe environment where form is CLOSELY watched and gently corrected. You'll have accountability. And you'll get the results you want if you are consistent.

No matter where YOU begin, you will be in awe of what strength training can do for you--just like all of these women below! 

I have 2-4 day training options available. Each class is a maximum of 8 ladies so that I can provide personal attention and instruction to each individual and their customized program. Classes are 45 minutes in length. Listed below are the times they run. But please check with me to see if there are spots available or if there is a need to get on the wait list for the next opening. Mondays: 9:30am

Tuesdays: 6:30am & 9:30am 

Wednesday: 9:30am

Thursdays: 6:30am & 9:30am 

Fridays:  6:30am & 9:30am

If you are looking to pick up additional days in the future, it is best to at least start with ONE day because current clients get to choose openings before those openings go to the public.

I know some have expressed interest in wanting to START with 2 or 3 days a week--and I fully understand that-- but if you are waiting for that to be open to the general public, realistically, it might be a long time before that happens.

We could at least do a hybrid of in person and online to begin and then when there is an opening, you will have the first choice!

While there are no make-up sessions available for regularly scheduled classes, you are welcome to try and swap days with someone in our private Facebook group. That usually works out very well!
