2021 was my busiest year ever, and I’m off social media for a bit gearing up for an even bigger 2022! I wanted you to be able to check out ALL options below of what is actively going on in-person AND virtually 100% of the time, so here you go! LADIES SEMI-PRIVATE IN-PERSON TRAINING currently has openings on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30am. Classes are 45 minutes in length and all programs are customized for you with your goals in mind. Classes are a maximum of 8 ladies at a time. Semi-private also has a 9:30am timeslot 4 days per week. This time is currently on a waitlist in all 9:30 classes. If this is something you’d like, please email at info@EmilyLedfordFitness.com and I’ll get you on the waitlist to get in sooner than later. PERSONAL TRAINING If you want to focus on your strength and results in a one-on-one setting, we can do it! I’d love to work with you. February and March are filling up fast, so don’t delay scheduling or reaching out for more info. This is typically in-person training, though I am also available for personal training virtually. A NEW 30 DAY CHALLENGE (Fitness+ Nutrition) COMING SOON: My current January Challenge is going strong, but many have asked for another round because of the amazing momentum they gained! I've also gotten many asking if I will have another one in the future. So, here is ONE more chance for the year! Women of all ages are welcome. STRONG BODY SCULPT is my monthly group strength training subscription for women. It is app-delivered with 100% support in our private Facebook group. This makes it easy to stay on track with your fitness! Also a great supplement to in-person training. Cancel anytime. CUSTOMIZED ONLINE PROGRAM DESIGN: A program designed specifically for you-virtually! Your program will be updated every 4 weeks to keep you progressing towards your goals. Full email support with this option AND a membership to my app is included so that you can log and see your progress! So motivating! NUTRITION COACHING: One on one coaching. Begins with a 60-minute virtual session to have an in-depth discussion of your existing nutrition habits and goals so that I can give you immediate feedback on things to work on and adjust while taking into consideration your food preferences. We will meet weekly while working together and it won't feel restrictive! I am only taking TWO more clients in the next month so don't delay if you'd like a spot right away. WOMEN’S SMALL GROUP TRAINING: Grab 1 to 3 friends who will be consistent with you and share the cost of personal/small group training!
