Lift with Emily is a monthly group training program for women that will give you a strong and fit physique without spending hours in the gym. Unlike other online programs, I'll be with you every step of the way while you improve your overall fitness and confidence with like-minded women!

I know that fitness is now more important than EVER. I KNOW that it feels hard and that it's not fun on your own. And that is why I am so excited to bring you not just a fitness program that has been proven to work for 100s of women already... but a program that offers you 100% support throughout the entire program from myself and a like-minded community of women. You don't have to do this alone! 

This program will not only increase your strength and fitness.. It will increase your confidence. Give these workouts at least 30-45 minutes, 3 days a week. Do the fourth bonus workout if you like! It's all on your own schedule!

Lift With Emily can be scaled from beginner to advanced with the variations I will provide from each of my walk-through demo videos.  Form checks and any substitutions will also be provided upon request. You'll be able to log every workout and definitely be encouraged by seeing the progress you make each week!

Here are answers to my FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS below!

Q: WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
A:  This program will give you the BEST results in a well-equipped home gym if you have access to:

A wide variety of dumbbells, and/or barbells and plates, and resistance bands (either with handles or continuous loop bands). We will also use mini bands (the kind that wrap around your knees or ankles), sliders (paper plates or towels can work). A pull up bar and suspension trainer are optional, but highly encouraged.

Lastly, a bench (preferably adjustable) and a stability ball. I also have some creative ideas of using weighted bags or backpacks, as weight, so if you need to chat about that, reach out!

If you are still limited on equipment you can ask for an alternative exercise in our private group. or by messaging me directly in my app.

Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PROGRAM?

A: You’ll receive an email with a link to set up your fitness app as soon as you purchase the program. Once this is set up, you'll have access to the program that will be on your app in the Calendar.

Please note you will ALWAYS be encouraged to stay on the same week/same month as the group. 

Q: HOW MANY WORKOUTS ARE IN THE PROGRAM?

A: There are three main (A, B, and C) full body strength workouts that will repeat weekly for 4 weeks. This is to ensure that you can see and make measurable progress within those main workouts using progressive overload which I will explain in the program. In addition, there is a 4th bonus workout at the end of each week that will focus on cardio and conditioning.

Q: WHAT IF I NEED AN ALTERNATIVE EXERCISE OR A FORM CHECK?

A: Just send me a private message in my app! 

Q: IS THIS PROGRAM CUSTOMIZED?

A: This is not a custom program. I offer customized in-person training for women, or customized one-on-one online coaching. However, this workout can be scaled for all levels if you have the basic equipment.

Q. IS THIS PROGRAM REFUNDABLE?

A: This program is non-refundable because once the app is downloaded, the program has been delivered.

Q: WHAT IF I MISS A WORKOUT?

A: You are encouraged to keep pace with the program or print the workouts as they will become unavailable after the program is over. Don't worry about falling behind!  It is more important that you stay on track with the group.  You can always go back and complete any missed workouts at a later time.

Q: WHAT IS THE COST AND HOW DO I GET SET UP TO PURCHASE?

A: 29.99 billed monthly and it is self-cancelling at any time.
