My results-oriented strength training program for women will be delivered through my personal fitness app each month!
This Strength Training Program can be scaled from beginner to advanced with the variations I will provide from each of my walk-through demo videos. Form checks and any substitutions you need will also be provided upon request. You'll be able to log every workout and be encouraged by seeing the progress you make each week!
Once you purchase the program, an email will be sent to you with a link to set up the app where you will find the CURRENT MONTH'S program.
Here are answers to many FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS below!
Q: WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
A: This program will give you the BEST results in a well-equipped home gym or commercial gym if you have access to:
A wide variety of dumbbells, barbells and plates, mini bands, continuous loop resistance bands, variety of resistance bands with handles (or cable station), pull up bar, suspension trainer, adjustable bench, sliders, and stability ball.
BUT, AT A MINIMUM:
Wide variety of dumbbells and/OR resistance bands with handles and a stability ball.
If you are still limited on equipment you can ask for an alternative exercise in our private group.
If VERY limited on equipment, one-on-one online coaching may be a better option for you. Below is a quick video walk-through of recommended equipment.
Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PROGRAM?
A: You’ll receive an email with a link to set up your fitness app as soon as you purchase the subscription. Once this is set up you'll have immediate access to the CURRENT MONTH'S program. Your billing cycle begins the day you paid, but the new month's program will always begin every 5th Monday.
Again, you may purchase and start a program at ANY time during the month. Once the new month's program has begun you will no longer have access to the previous month's program, but remember that workouts are printable from the start day to the last day of the program so you have plenty of time to print these out if you desire. Please note you will ALWAYS be encouraged to stay on the same week/same month as the group.
Q: HOW MANY WORKOUTS ARE IN THE PROGRAM EACH MONTH?
A: There are generally 3-4 workouts per week, either full body or an upper/lower split depending upon the month. These workouts are repeated for the duration of the month so we can see and make measurable progress within each exercise.
Q: WHAT IF I NEED AN ALTERNATIVE EXERCISE OR A FORM CHECK?
A: Go to the Lift With Emily Subscribers group within the app, post your question or video that needs a form check, and I’ll be happy to help!
Q: IS THIS PROGRAM CUSTOMIZED?
A: This is not a custom program. I offer customized in-person training for women, or customized one-on-one online coaching. However, this workout can be scaled for all levels if you have the basic equipment.
Q: I NEED TO PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP FOR A MONTH. CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME?
A: You cannot pause your membership, but you can self-cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. Once you have been auto-billed the program is non-refundable. There is only access to the app if you are in a current program.
Q: WHAT IF I MISS A MONTH DUE TO INJURY OR CHOOSING NOT TO LIFT FOR THE MONTH?
A: You are encouraged to keep pace with the current program or print them as they will become unavailable when a new program releases each month. Don't worry about falling behind! It is more important that you stay on track with the group. You can always go back and complete any missed workouts at a later time.
