Study after study reinforces that there is no alternative form of exercise that provides such a wide array of benefits as strength training.


But remember: you cannot out train a bad diet.

That is why nutrition is such a huge piece of the puzzle.

And I don’t have to tell you how people try to make it more complicated than it must be. 

I want every woman to know that 40 and above can be absolutely FABULOUS

This online coaching group is purposefully SMALL (8 ladies MAX) so that we can work closely together. If you are 40-65 years of age and are serious about working on fitness AND nutrition to lose fat, build strength and muscle, and stop the dieting cycle once and for all, this 12 week program may be for you.


IT IS NOT TOO EARLY TO REACH OUT FOR INFO ON THIS PROGRAM. The first group was filled in less than two weeks. With interest already high, I expect the this one to fill even sooner. 

In Fit Over 40, you will be provided a new fitness program every 4 weeks for the entire 12 week session. I will be teaching you how to implement progressive overload into your individual workouts so that you can receive the greatest results from your strength training.

You will learn how to improve your nutrition in a way that aligns with your specific goals. All goals are valid whether they are losing fat, building muscle, getting stronger, getting fit-- or a combination of them all. This will include a customized guide of your macronutrients (calories, fat, protein, carbs) that will also contain meal ideas and how to choose foods to meet your daily requirements. While I don't believe that anyone needs to count macros forever, there is definitely value in learning the skill so that you can adjust whenever you need to.

We will meet virtually as a small group once a week for approximately 30-50 minutes. These coaching sessions will present a new focus each week as well as give you individual time to share and ask questions that may come up. You will be encouraged to check in daily with me via email and/or through the app from which my program is delivered.


You will need access to a wide variety of dumbbells, a bench, resistance bands, glute bands, a suspension trainer, sliders, and a stability ball. A pull up bar is optional. If you have at least MOST of these items but want to join us at the time we begin, please reach out and let me know what you DO have. I may be able to customize your program further to make substitutions for you.

Commitment will be THREE 35-45-minute strength training sessions and one to two 20-30 minute sessions of moderate to intense cardio sessions each week on your own time.

**3 month minimum commitment. Must be coachable and willing to trust the process. I know that if you put consistent effort into this program, your body will transform significantly during this coaching period.**


This is not another quick fix and not a meal plan. I will provide guidelines on HOW to set up your meals (and ideas), but ultimately this experience will give you the tools you need to be successful for the rest of your LIFE. I will not be selling any products.
