Q: WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
A: This program needs NO equipment though I will always encourage you to use what you have around you.. a bed, a counter top, a sturdy chair or bench, stair step, an old kitchen towel, etc. That means it will be your perfect companion to travel and vacation with! You'll have EVERYTHING from the convenience of my app, including myself and a supportive community to help you along the way.
Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PROGRAM?
A: You’ll receive an email with a link to set up your fitness app as soon as you purchase the program. Once this is set up you'll have immediate access. While the program will go LIVE to purchase on Saturday, November 16, we will all start together on Monday, November 18. Spots are limited so mark your calendars for November 16!
Q: HOW MANY WORKOUTS ARE IN THE PROGRAM AND HOW LONG ARE THEY?
A: There are 3 workouts each week that can be done at YOUR convenience. Log onto my app anytime you are ready to do your workout. You will have 3 workouts that are repeated for 2 weeks in a row so that you can see and make measurable progress within each exercise. Our goal is to make progress each week by beating our own personal records. I'll be there to show you how! You'll even be recognized for your achievements! It's so motivating to see progress! These FULL BODY workouts are 15-20 minutes MAX!! Wow!
Q: IS THIS NUTRITION COACHING AS WELL?
A: Basic Nutrition questions are answered within our community, but I offer personalized macro consults as another service that you are welcome to purchase.
Q: WHAT IF I NEED AN ALTERNATIVE EXERCISE OR A FORM CHECK?
A: Go to the Fast Fitness group within the app, post your question or form check video, and I’ll be happy to help!
Q: IS THIS PROGRAM CUSTOMIZED?
A: This is not a custom program. I offer customized in-person training for women, or customized one-on-one online coaching. However, this workout can be scaled for ALL levels.
Q: HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM?
A: The program runs on my app for 8 weeks, beginning Monday, November 18. While there will be no access to the app after the program has run the entire 8 weeks, you WILL receive a PDF of the entire program to your email on the last week so that you may use it again in the future. If you'd like to continue to use the app, you may always sign up for another program such as my online program: Lift With Emily Subscription.
Q: WHAT IS THE COST AND HOW DO I GET SET UP TO PURCHASE?
A: $99 for the entire 8 weeks. This program will be available to purchase on Saturday, November 16. We begin all together on Monday, November 18. Mark your calendars because space is limited! On November 16, you will find the PURCHASE FAST FITNESS button below. Though you may start or purchase at anytime, you will be encouraged to start on Monday, November 18 with your online group!
